When weddings are done based on seasonal color palettes, we make sure that each wedding has a different feel and aesthetic from each other - otherwise we'd end up doing cookie-cutter weddings each season. Jewel tones were very popular, but our bride Kelsey added a twist of faded grey-lavender and blush to her bridesmaids' bouquets and decor. Her florals were highly textured and super-saturated with bright colors, with elements of thistles, berries, astilbe, astrantia, lavender, ornamental kale, and wax flowers among the roses, ranunculus, and dahlias. For the ceremony, we built an arch of dark birch branches that we placed in front of MyMoon's lush green ivy wall. Adjacent to the arch at the altar, we placed jewel toned flowers in MyMoon's hanging mason jars and lit candles all over the outdoor area. We love doing fun, whimsical weddings like these and it never feels like another day at work when we execute them.
