Shannon and Justice's wild harvest-themed wedding at the Metropolitan Building last September is one of our favorites and standout of 2014. Their choice of lush jewel tones perfectly complemented the old world feel of the Metropolitan Building's decor.
Both Shannon and Justice both work in the wine and spirits industry, so there was no shortage of strong whiskey and tequila!
We built a lush birch arch for their ceremony, and had two panels of trailing greens and succulents flanking either side of the arch. Rounded, fluffy white blooms were suspended upside-down from the top of the arch, and textured greens like springeri cascaded down the birch logs elegantly.
Centerpieces of vibrant fall-themed jewel tones in silver mercury glass bowls were elevated atop gilded books, and accents of fruits, vegetables, and stems of berries added a natural touch to the tables. Tapered candles of different heights completed the look and added a romantic element to the tables.
Thank you for our former bride Jeanie for the recommendation!
