It gets us so excited when a bride doesn't want a "traditional" look to her wedding. Tara and Phil wanted a classy and modern rock 'n' roll theme, complete with skulls and leopard print - staying as far away from Bret Michaels as possible! We chose a jewel-toned palette of reds and purples, accented by light green tones for contrast. Tara's bouquet had fuchsia phalaenopsis orchids cascading from a base of black magic roses, deep purple (almost black!) scabiosa blooms, purple lisianthus, red cymbidium orchids, fuchsia dianthus, green thistles, succulents, and air plants. Phil's boutonnière had deep purple scabiosa blooms with a fiddlehead fern accent. Table centerpieces were accented with peacock feathers, crystal skull votive cups, leopard print napkins, and black glitter skull table number holders that the bride made herself! This was definitely one of our most memorable weddings and we're so glad that Tara and Phil chose us to be a part of such an important day.
